Ordered via ***********, with a scheduled arrival between 01:00 and 02:00. Around 00:15, we received an email from the hotel instructing us to call them by 00:00 to receive codes. We were also informed that they had to cancel the reservation, and yet another message with codes for the key boxes. Since we didn't know which message to follow, we chose to go to the hotel. None of the key box codes worked, and no one answered the emergency numbers they had posted next to the key boxes. As a result, we ended up having to sleep in the car with two young children, and to top it all off, the hotel is refusing to refund the paid amount. Avoid this hotel - it's hard to get closer to a scam than this.
