設施：硬件設施還比較新，就是早餐有點太簡單，沒啥可吃的，洗澡熱水熱得慢一些，需要耐心等待；
衞生：乾淨整潔，景區裏也很乾凈，房間和床上用品沒有異味
環境：房間就在晚上演出的對面，在房間就可以觀看錶演，煙火和打鐵花還挺震撼的，海上棧道散散步很舒服。就是晚上表演結束後還有大型蹦迪活動😂一直放音樂到凌晨1點，有長者同行的話，可能不太合適
服務：去之前酒店沒有工作人員提前告知辦理入住的注意事項，因為是五一節，到景區以後車很多，而且車輛需要停在統一的停車場，然後景區派擺渡車再來接。沒有人員對接，自己問了工作人員就被順便撿了回去。好在接待人員比較熱情，幫拿行李送到房間門口。需要多一床被子，晚上值班的工作人員也盡力幫我們解決了。

到景區門口有工作人員開車來接，景區裏的房子出乎意料的很新很乾凈，有點點的潮味可以理解。晚上表演很多，吃飯地方也很多。來北海入住的第一家酒店，沒有失望。推薦推薦。

停車場有點遠，飯店在景區內，半年停車進景區的，到了停車場酒店會接送進出。周邊沒什麼，就景區，部分還在建設中，景區白天一般。傍晚可以撈魚，晚上拍照不錯，還有精彩演出和煙花秀，嗨到12點。酒店比較新，環境不錯。周圍沒什麼吃的，而且貴，味道一般，外賣很難送到。如果住店，建議帶多點吃的進去。

酒店環境我覺得還挺好的，海絲首港晚上活動一環扣一環，一直到十二點，很精彩！酒店的洗漱用品是桅子花香，很喜歡！這個酒店是北海之行的第三個酒店，前兩個服務太好了，那麼相比之下，就來簡單説説這家的服務！觀光車接送我們的美女非常熱情，讓人感到很舒服！接到酒店後第一天遇到的前台就感覺比較敷衍了，和她説謝謝她也沒反應，當時訂酒店看評價是有小童用品的，但是問這個前台就是全部沒有，可能當天入住人多？第二天醒來一看，前台換了，那工作態度完全不一樣，笑咪咪的讓人很舒服，問有沒有小童拖鞋，得知有，不過我們下午要趕飛機，前面已經將就了就不浪費酒店資源了，就沒要了！餐廳早餐品種不多，但服務員態度也挺好的！
