There are smokers everywhere in the hotel, in the lobby and in the elevator. No one cares. I gave my breakfast voucher to the staff, and then the staff left. I started to take food. After a while, another staff member came in and asked me where my voucher was. I said I gave it to your people, and then he asked me who I gave it to and which room it was in. It made me feel like I was here to steal food. What the hell!

The check-in experience was very bad. The room was facing the street. It was 2 o'clock in the morning and the road was still very noisy. The bathroom door in the room was broken and could not be closed tightly. Once closed, it could not be opened from the inside. The light strip sleep mode was pitch black and I couldn't figure out where the night light was. There was nothing to eat for breakfast, but that didn't matter. The most terrible thing was not being able to sleep well.
