北海春節由整體感知很差，是廣西出行體驗感最差的，這個酒店離北海很遠，春節住宿緊張而且是自駕就選擇了這。屋子很小挺潮濕的，最主要的是燈光太昏暗了，根本就沒法化粧，啥都看不清，設備陳舊，早餐餐廳一股異味影響食慾，工作人員態度也不是很好，窗户開了以後關不上讓工作人員幫忙，她讓自己管，你們窗户壞的沒有把手開的時候就是工作人員給開的呀，真是服了。全家出行廣西這是住的第三家酒店，跟另外兩家都差很多。

房間設計非常人性化，床也舒適，乾淨整潔！地理位置也十分便利。樓下有咖啡、橙汁，關鍵是橙汁不會太甜，很適合控糖的人。美式咖啡裏面加點橙汁進去特別好喝，可以嘗試一下哦。服務也非常貼心，每一個員工都親切友好！

真心強烈推薦這家酒店，房間很整潔，設施齊全，並且為客人貼心準備加濕器，其中有間房免費升級了親子房，小孩的拖鞋好可愛，裏面的玩具和設施也不錯

衞生很好，在剛下高速進城的一個十路🍑廣場對面，離商業中心不遠，周邊飯店很少，早餐不太多可吃飽。二號樓服務員不錯很熱情，還送了簡單的下午茶。
延時退房至15：00:這個很好。

是奔着他們家的女士客房定的，因為這次是出差，挺驚喜的，裏面配了很多女士專用的物品，還有瑜伽墊，感覺像家裡一樣，很温馨舒適

1.早餐不好吃；2. 叫提前安排換個紅床單，沒安排，後面催了才來換；3. 以為是主樓，想不到安排到2號樓；4. 室內設施差，很多燈光很暗；5.酒店對面是廣場很吵，半夜11點半了還在唱歌；6. 退房時，很坑人。早上沒時間，想退房，前台説把房卡放房間就行。然後，就走了。後來打電話説少了傘和兩個勺子。***拿沒拿我自己還不知道嗎？我花了上千塊錢，我貪圖你這兩個小玩意兒？明明是你們先前沒放。非説我拿勺子，要我陪15塊錢一個勺子。提醒各位一定要提前檢查東西，一定要最後當面退房。不要像我一樣被坑。還以為大點的酒店不會玩這種操作，沒想到。唉。反正下次我是肯定不訂這個酒店了。

看中了延遲15:00退房才選擇了這家酒店，後來有事耽誤了一點前台也幫忙申請了延遲退房，非常滿意，我們是下午三點入住的還給什麼送了下午茶，剛好吃點茶點好好的睡個覺

房間與網上圖片相符，哈哈。雖然酒店大廳走廊這些陳舊了些，但是非常乾淨整潔，床墊柔軟舒服。洗手間的設施還可以再更新一下，會更好。150的價格很合理，很舒心。附近的正鬥茶樓也好吃。
延時退房至15：00，雖然沒享受到但這個服務很吸引人。
