Stayed for two nights and the cleanliness is really not to be praised.
On the first night, there were paper towels left by the previous guest in the trash can, and the shampoo was not brand new, but used.
On the second night, there were only two pieces of paper left, so I called someone to deliver them, but no one answered the phone. After taking a shower, I went to the front desk and asked. When the front desk brought me tissues, I thought they would put them in the tissue box for me. Yes, picture 2, I threw them at the door and left. There was not a single word of embarrassment or apology throughout the whole process. No attitude.
