YULUXE HOTEL DALI

It was beyond my expectation to have a hotel with such hardware and software facilities in Heqing. The front desk clerk was patient and attentive. Can solve the problem. The room facilities are of five-star standard, the room is spacious and very comfortable.

Came to Heqing with my family and booked this newly opened 5-star hotel. The hotel is in a great location, and it only takes 5 to 10 minutes to get to Heqing High-speed Railway Station. The hotel service is professional and enthusiastic, and they also gave us a handwritten card with full of heart.

Facilities: Very comprehensive, the tea room and laundry room are clean and tidy, with comprehensive facilities. The restaurant's buffet breakfast has many varieties and tastes very good. Hygiene: The hotel is very new and the hygiene is very good. Environment: The environment is amazing, and the price/performance ratio is very high. Service: Manager Gao's service was very satisfactory. He upgraded the room type on the spot. The room has a view of the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain and it was very comfortable to sit on the balcony and enjoy the breeze.

這是一家去年（2024年10月份）新開張的酒店，地理位置極佳，酒店前台小姐姐和小哥哥服務態度都蠻不錯的，房間寬敞明亮舒適，住店時贈送新鮮水果到房間，第二天早餐菜品很豐盛，食物十分新鮮，退房時前台小姐姐還貼心的贈送了小禮物，下次來鶴慶還來這家酒店。

來鶴慶參加朋友的婚禮，發現了這家新開的酒店，真心不錯。房間很漂亮，服務也很到位，每個服務人員在樓道遇到都會親切的打招呼，很有歸屬感。以後來鶴慶玩還會住這家。
