I arrived very late at night to a totally unsuitable unmade room
The young man on reception immediately sorted out a new room which was clean and comfortable.
He provided cold drinking water which was lovely after a long journey and offered any assistance needed.
Very central to town and transport.
1 minor point - tea, coffee etc provided but need some sachets of milk.
Would stay again and is recommended.

It's OK, but the air conditioner doesn't work. I don't know why. The hotel is generally clean and the service is in place. It's very close to attractions and the airport! nnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn

Mirabello Hotel is in a great location, within walking distance to the beach and major attractions. The hotel has a beautiful environment and is fully equipped with TV, hairdryer and shampoo. The service is professional and the staff is warm and thoughtful. They recommended us a cafe with a great view by the sea and invited us to taste local Easter snacks. They are committed to providing high-quality Cretan hospitality. Overall, it was a satisfactory stay and is worth recommending.

The room is nice and the location is good. You can walk to the castle at the Venice Pier. There is a shopping street next to it, so shopping is also very convenient. Of course, safety is no problem. Recommended

Stanza piccola ma dotata di tutti i confort e pulita, con balcone che ti puoi rilassare. Centralissima al porto e locali. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Consigliatissimo.
