Nice location between downtown and airport. However the service was not great and the rooms are not looking that great either.

This hotel is well located between the airport and the city center and a bus stop to both nearby. I walked to the airport and it took me half an hour, a lot of restaurants are within walking distance too. The city center would be closer than the airport. The reception lady was friendly and correct, the rooms and bathroom are a little older but still in good state and good working airco. I did found long female hair on my bed, which shouldn't be there but everything was good and the bathroom was very clean!. Since you are near the airport you do hear an airplane flying over from time to time. Its worth the price for a short stay close to the airport.

Minimal structure, nice. Ideal for staying in Heraklion. 15 minutes on foot to reach the centre. Given the price I would say excellent

The location is very convenient; close to the airport, and good for a rest on a layover, which is what we needed. We arrived late; took a taxi there; and upon checking in, the agent offered to arrange a taxi back to the airport the next morning. I do suggest traveling with ear plugs, as this hotel had loud noise from planes landing and taking off late at night. The room is very basic, as the photos others shared.

I have visited this hotel three times over the past four weeks. The owners are very friendly and made me feel secure being a female travelling alone. It's very clean and has all you need in a nice quiet environment. I would recommend this place to anyone. Jo from Liverpool

Never mind the place looks old fashioned. Apart from temperature control, our room was in good condition. Our room was also clean, comfortable and spacious. It's within walking distance from the ferry. Our son left behind his smart watch after we checked out and staff were very helpful in recovering it. Good value for the price you pay.

Hotel booked for one night for its location close to the airport. Special welcome. The feeling of disturbing. Room not clean, dilapidated, the description provides flat screen and balcony but screen from the 50s and no balcony. Bathroom with yellow curtain. Black stains on the wall and ceiling. Door separating the bedroom and bathroom broken. We decided not to stay. I do not recommend at all

Hotel recently renovated and very nicely. located in the center but very easy to access and quiet street. Parking in front of the hotel without problem, very warm welcome. simple but correct breakfast. Very good value for money. small downside the shower is so small that we have to flood the room
