B&B HOTEL Herblay

Horrible catastrophic stay, 20 minutes of waiting for a hostess to appear at reception otherwise there was no one there, once arrived the hostess asked me to pay again for the hotel room except the payment had been made on the site and didn't want to hear anything then realized her mistake after 5 minutes of negotiation.. Subsequently she asks her colleague if room no.. is "done" her colleague responds in a firm tone “I don't just have that to do, I've finished my hours, I think it's good” how professional it is to speak like that in front of clients.. a sketch, the nightmare arrived when we discovered the room which was in an unsanitary condition, empty water bottle forgotten, fresh yellow stains throughout the room as well as in the bathroom, hair wrapped in the bedding, absence of soap, soundproofing, spider web and the best of all the air conditioning was not functional with 40° heat.. after noticing all these faults we went to reception to bring it all up and change rooms they never came and we never saw them again! ! first and last time it's a shame!

Nous avons séjourné à l’hôtel b&b d’Herblay. Les chambres sentent la cigarette, les lits sont cassés. Hôtel à fuir c’est une catastrophe pour une chaîne d’hôtel réputée. Le service client ne souhaite pas rembourser le séjour malgré cela.

Mon épouse et moi avons passé la nuit dernière du 29 au 30 avril chambre 14 dans cet établissement, Bon c'est sûr que nous ne sommes pas dans un 4 étoiles mais contrairement à certains commentaires vu le prix on le savait dès le départ.la chambre et la salle de bain propres rien à dire,mise à part une petite remarque constructive mais non méchante. Il faudrait veiller à ce que le dévidoir de papier toilette ne soit pas presque vide à l'arrivée de nouveaux clients. Cela pourrait poser un problème en cas de gastro subite...... Le personnel est très sympa tant à la réception qu'au service du petit déjeuner.
