Love the rooms and roof top pool. There are coffee, tea, basic kitchen essentials available and beautiful bathroom bathroom. Few down points, the reception are in a entire different building, no secure parking, Tv does not work (Bring your own decoder) and beds very hard

Our room was clean and well appointed, great value for money. Staff at reception were friendly and helpful. Ideally located to be able to pop downstairs for a meal or to the shops without having to drive.

Location is prime. We enjoyed the view and swims on the rooftop deck pool. Restaurants all downstairs . What more does one need ? Perfect for a young couple like ourselves who want to explore the night life as well as the beach .

If you request a family room be sure to ask that is not near BARNY's. This a pub/bar that plays loud music till 2am. Patrons also park nearby so lots of shouting/screaming and revving of cars. I also would not recommend going in season time if you have a car as parking is an issue but it a great location if you want to walk everywhere. Rooms are only serviced every 4 days so no break from making beds, hanging up towels or cleaning mugs. There is a TV but you need your own media player or remember to bring along your DSTV/netflix passwords and logins. The pool was very nice and the staff in general friendly, Wifi is good but front desk not too bothered by our issues. Unfortunately this accommodation did not work out for us a family vacation.

We booked last minute ahead of a long weekend, and at a very good rate. Lovely room (Room 4) with a very comfortable bed, big bathroom and kitchen essentials were great. No sea views though, and a balcony to step out onto would have been nice, but the rooftop pool makes up for this. The location is extremely convenient, situated at the Hermanus Waterfront, it means you only have to go downstairs for great food and wine. Pear tree was a highlight!

Fantastic, huge apartment is loved by all who visited with us. It is just the best. We have stayed several times and rarely get more than a short walk away as the place is so nice, comfortable and near to everything you need in Hermanus.

We have booked the penthouse for the weekend. The penthouse offered excellent views and was extremely spacious. The house was well equipped with all the cooking utensils. It has a Nespresso coffee machine which came in very handy. The penthouse is very centrally located and there are many coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance.
