Our stay at Abalone was our favorite on our two week getaway. Everyone was so kind and made us feel like family. We loved the intimacy of the lodge and the location was great. The cliff path is right behind the lodge and we loved that it was easily accessible. Everything was well kept and so clean. The food was amazing and we wished we could’ve eaten there more. If you can we recommend having dinner there, we had an amazing meal cooked by their chef and it was one of the best ones we had. We hope to be back one day and see all our friends at the lodge! Thanks Simo and Ansley as well as the rest of the staff for making our time there so memorable!

This guest house is absolutely superb!! Rooms are unbelievable with views over the ocean and possible sightings of whales! Staff are very friendly and attentive , woukd definitely recommend this place to stay and just chill out these guys that work here go the extra mile to make you feel welcome and the rooms are just wow!!

My favourite place on our holiday in South Africa - that’s not just because we could see Whales from our room . This place was just perfect lovely spacious comfy rooms with everything you could possibly want . Super friendly staff who were soo welcoming & could not do enough to make you feel at home . Would not hesitate to return- also had a fabulous massage from the the lovely Agnes

We stayed two nights in the luxuriuos Tylney Manor. The staff were wonderful, food delicious and guides knowledgable and friendly. We had great game drives getting up close to elephants, giraffe, lion and many more!

We arrived just as the sun was setting and you get an amazing view from the lodge. Our room also had a large balcony which is just right for sitting with a glass of wine looking over the sea. The bedrooms are large and airy with fantastic high ceilings and the bathroom is very stylish. Breakfast had a great buffet but also an large choice of cooked breakfasts. A special mention to Ansley who went out of his way to find out if some gardens that we wanted to visit would be open as the weather was fairly grim. We ony stayed her one night but we wished we could have stayed longer.

Amazing staff who went above and beyond. Stunning rooms with beautiful ocean views and all the amenities you could want. Breakfast was delicious and stayed in one night for dinner which was the best meal we have had in our visit to South Africa.
