Our experience was filled with nice touches. When we booked we received confirmation with a picture of the type of room we were going to stay in. As restaurant on reduced menu on Wednesday and Thursday I had requested some suggestions where we could eat and received a comprehensive list. My wife is a coeliac and she was provided with fresh gluten-free bread on both days and encouraged to take some to make a sandwich for lunchtime. All the staff were friendly and helpful without exception and we were made to feel really welcome. Our room was clean and comfortable and matched the picture we were sent. We had a balcony overlooking the lake (albeit somewhat obstructed by trees) and there were cushions and a tablecloth for the balcony furniture. Breakfast was delicious and fresh - able to order whatever eggs liked. We ate at the hotel on the Thursday evening and whilst a reduced menu once again they catered well for my wife - they adapted the Wiener Schnitzel. The hotel is right by the lake and the promenade which leads to other restaurants and provides a really nice run. In summary cannot praise staff enough and hotel was extremely comfortable and convenient.

We stayed here for 2 nights before flying out of Munich. The property is very clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. There is parking and the breakfast was on of the best we had. We also had dinner at the restaurant which was very good. I’m terms of places to stay at this location I think it is the best.

Der erste Eindruck hat getrogen: Die Eigentümerfamilie hatte soeben das Management ausgetauscht und der Interimsmanger verließ das Haus nach wenigen Tagen. Wir befürchteten Chaos - dem war aber nicht so: sehr engagierte Mitarbeiter in Rezeption, Restaurant, Zimmerreinigung und auch der Hausmeister - kein Wunsch blieb unerfüllt, Probleme wurden reibungslos geklärt. Dank dafür gebührt dem freundlichen Team. Ansonsten: tolle Lage, gutes Frühstück, schöne und saubere Zimmer. Der Wellnessbereich könnte etwas eng werden, ansonsten auch sehr ansprechend. Wir kommen gerne wieder, insbesondere die Lobby mit Seeblick kann ideal für Arbeit am Notebook und gemütliche Lesenachmittage genutzt werden.

Bis auf das horrende Parkticket - danke Ammerseepolitesse! - war es ein herrlicher, wunderschöner Aufenthalt. Wir sind mit dem Haus seit vielen Jahren verbunden. Sie haben sich enorm gesteigert und sind dabei menschlich, geerdet und sympathisch geblieben. Weiter so!

Wir wurden äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend behandelt. Man hatte als Gast immer das Gefühl etwas Besonderes zu sein. Ordnung und Sauberkeit sind absolut selbstverständlich. Der Service an der Rezeption, im Restaurant und in der Bar sehr zuvorkommend und immer um den Gast besorgt.

Ambiente sehr schön; Rezeption Frühstücks- und Zimmerservice sehr gut; Restaurant mangelhaft. Service unaufmerksam und nicht geschult (z.B. dauerte es länger als 20(!) Minuten bevor die vorab georderte Flasche Mineralwasser unseren Tisch erreichte; das Rumpsteak (gegen einen Fettrand ist ja nichts einzuwenden) bestand zur Hälfte aus Speckschwarte). Mit dem Maßstab Preis-Leistungsverhältnis fällt das Restaurant gltt durch. Das Hotel werde ich gerne wieder besuchen; Abendessen kann ich ja auch woanders.

Das Hotel ist wirklich sehr schön. Ich hatte zwar ein sehr kleines Zimmer, aber es war ja auch nur für eine Nacht. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und der Service auch sehr zuvorkommend und nett. Tolle Terrasse mit Blick auf den See, leider hatte ich keine Zeit das zu genießen.

Ein sehr schön gelegenes Haus an der Seepromenade mit guter Aufenthaltsqualität, gutem Frühstück, komfortablem Parken und Unterstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder. Im Sommer lockt der eigene Badesteg. Das Angebot im Spa-Bereich sowie Sauna runden das Ganze ab.

In sehr schöner Seelage ein wunderbares Wochenende verbracht! Schöne Zimmer,sehr guter Service,sehr gutes Frühstück und gutes Restaurant.Zusätzlich kostenlose Parkplätze am Haus.Auch der Wellness-Bereich ganz neu und sehr schöngemacht mit Sauna und Outdoor-Whirlpool! Insgesamt unbedingt zu empfehlen!
