I expected this resort to be old and the area weak on adventure, but the resort was up to date, the staff was friendly and helpful and there was a lot to do in the area, especially with a day trip to Philadelphia. I would easily recommend a return stay.

We took a long weekend to meet up with family and used our RCI points. The room was large and well-apportioned. The beds were comfortable and the place very clean. The staff was very friendly and responsive. The indoor pool is a nice plus in the winter and near restaurants and things to do.

The Suites at Hershey was a very clean place. The staff was very friendly. The hot water did go out for 3 days but came back on the day we checked out. The pool area was nice and not crowded. Small game room with a few things to do. The location is the biggest asset of this hotel. It is right across the road from the outlets and 2 minutes from Hershey Park. We would stay again.

Having to ask 4 times to get something done is beyond dissatisfied. Ran out of Body wash and went down to the front desk and asked for a new bottle and they said they would have house keeping take care of it. Next morning I went to wash my hair and the conditioner was out. I went down to the front desk and they gave me a bottle of body wash as that hadn't been taken care of. I did ask for the conditioner to be replaced with a new bottle. Later that afternoon I checked and it still hadn't been taken care of as we came back to the resort to take care of a few other things and proceeded to go to the front desk and ask for a bottle and they were out at the front desk but called house keeping and they immediately sent someone up to replace the one in the room.

Went over Christmas and had a wonderful time there. The room was big and the beds were very comfortable. I would go again!

The resort was wonderful. The staff was amazing and the units were large, well equipped, and extremely clean!!! Would definitely recommend staying here, especially if you have young children!

The Timeshare was excellent. The ability to park in a garage was very appreciated. The beds were great! The kitchen was great! The TV selection was great.

The Suites at Hershey Resort is very convenient to all of the Hershey area attractions and restaurants. The resort is well maintained, and the room was spacious and well stocked with necessities. The staff was very friendly and helpful too. We would definitely stay here again!
