The service was very attentive and considerate. We had an early flight on our last day, and the store prepared a loving breakfast for us in advance. We will continue to choose it next time we come here! !

The room was big enough. Nice design, very clean, good view from the balcony. The stuff was amazing, waiters were polite and hardworking, guys from the reception were helpful and friendly. The food was perfect. The cook working in the mornings was very nice. Very delicious ice-cream. Everything was fresh. The restaurant area was clean. The only confusing thing is - that cleaning ladies wouldn’t take the rubbish from the bathroom, although they always cleaned the bin in the room. Generally it was great! Recommending for sure.

The service at the reception is very nice, the superior rooms are adequate and the food is decent, but the main problem is the low quality and especially the noise of the cleaning ladies. It is absolutely impossible to relax in the room during the day if they are anywhere on the same floor. The constant slamming of the door as they keep going back and forth, the loud bangs and the cart rolling over the ceramic tile floor (which has no soft wheels) is very annoying, but it could be endured for a while. Unfortunately, the cleaning is also extremely slow, although there is no change of towels or linen. Often it's not even done until the afternoon, so you can't relax after returning from the beach. Other times they knock on the door before they finish serving breakfast. There's no "Do Not Disturb" note, so it is quite annoying that you have to get up and explain (they only speak Greek...). In addition, the walls are thin and the doors are loose, so you hear your neighbors, and if there is a crying baby next door, you will experience almost first hand (personal experience).

we were accommodated between 23.07.23-02.08.2023, in room 218: traces of crushed insects on the walls and ceiling, the ashtray and the soap holder were rusty, the bathroom door was damaged and the handle was broken, the towels and linen were being changed every four days, if you ask them for towels more often, they don't agree and they draw your attention,very noisy at night, loud music, young guests who don't understand what respect is for those who want to rest, the cleaning in the rooms is very poor, very bad cleaning management, the floor gets wet without warning, you can slip very easily, breakfast good, the breakfast staff tired and bored,in room 501 in the annex (next to the main body) no cleaning was done for four days, they took 4 towels and brought back only 1, no wax to wrap yourself in, mold on the ceiling in the bathroom.the accommodation is disastrous, not worth the price paid. I do not recommend

Completely satisfied. The rooms are very nice and clean, the food varied and delicious and the staff was always friendly, courteous and helpful. The location is central and still quiet. It only takes a few minutes to walk to the beach and the shopping mile, where there are numerous bars and restaurants.
