I had a reservation for 3 nights, this upcoming weekend. I called to make sure the pool was open. The woman that answered the phone rudely informed me there was no pool. ( pool is pictured and advertised) She stated that I made the reservation on-line so I can cancel on-line and hung up on me. Which I did cancel. If that is the treatment you get on the phone, there was no way I would stay there. It was so offensive that I didn't use Tripadvisor to make reservations at another facility. You should really try harder to insure the types of places you are advertising for.
