The answer was that there were fewer guests in winter, so the hotel’s buffet breakfast was discontinued and breakfast was delivered to the room instead, which included bread, milk and vegetables. The specific details would be known tomorrow morning. I made a decisive decision to change hotels. Fortunately, I stayed at Hello Hotel for the first time in Kashgar yesterday. I immediately checked Hotan Hello Hotel on Ctrip and made a successful reservation. I drove to the hotel and found that the external environment of the hotel was rather messy and parking was difficult. It took about 30 minutes to drive into the hotel parking lot because the traffic passage was blocked. I called the hotel security but they were unable to do anything, so I had to get out of the car myself to direct and clear the traffic passage. The hotel's internal facilities are very good, especially the breakfast, which is rich in content and the service is very good, worthy of the brand of Hello Hotel!

I would definitely recommend you to stay at this hotel. The location is in the old town so it's easy to explore the shops and restaurants nearby. There's also a convenience store on the ground floor which I thought was a nice touch. The room is very spacious (even the bathroom), with lots of storage space. I like the modern decor and the shower is very good quality. My room had a nice view of the city and even included a balcony! But there wasn't a door so I couldn't access it 😞 I was a little disappointed about that. The staff at reception were extremely helpful and friendly. There was a language barrier but that didn't stop them from helping me with my needs in a polite and professional way.

The single room was very large, and it was stress-free for a family of three to stay in. It was very clean. The surrounding food street is very good, shopping malls and supermarkets are very convenient, the service from the front desk lady is very friendly, and the room layout is spacious. The environment is not good either. The breakfast is very good, and there are pastries that children like to eat. I highly recommend this hotel! Totally good.
