The room was nice and clean, and the hot spring was relatively clean, but the curtains were dirty and smelled of cigarettes, which affected the stay experience. In addition, the bathroom in the room was small, which was adequate but not up to the five-star standard. The restaurant had a wide variety of breakfast and dinner buffets, good service, and special tofu pudding and cookies. To be honest, the hotel is indeed a level lower than the Sheraton in all aspects, and the price is not cheap, but it should be the best hotel in Heyuan. If you go to Wanlv Lake for a weekend trip, you can stay there for a night and walk around, which is also quite unique.

there was smoking smell inside the room despite we rested a non-smoking room. the reception staff changed another room for us which was ok. room size was big and the hotel can maintain its standard. there are many eateries nearby. hotel guests get special discount (up to 50%) for body massage on the 1st floor and reception is on the 2nd floor. overall happy stay.

I just wanted to stay for one night on my way back to the city, but I didn't expect this hotel to be so pleasantly surprised. First of all, I called early in the morning to confirm the arrival time and number of people, and prepared children's products. It is a 10-15 minute walk from the fountain and the pedestrian street. There are shared electric cars that are faster. The hotel faces the river and there is a street behind it that is quite lively. It is also about ten minutes by car to the Dinosaur Museum. The hotel facilities are new and clean. The customer service staff and the duty manager Xiaoyu are good and enthusiastic.

We chose the hotel due to the fact that they allow pets. The service was very good. People always helped even though is was more difficult due to the language barrier, since our chinese language skills are terrible. Our initial room which was more expensive for had a great view and we were initially very happy until evening came around and KTV singing started. The sound was so loud you heard inside the room. The room was in section A of the complex. The next day we moved into complex B where it was much more quiet, but the room was not as nice. Since the hot spring area was out of service during our visit we received vouchers for afternoon tea instead which was more like a whole meal. Breakfast buffet was great and on the days where there there was no buffet due to only a few guests staying they would serve lots of food to your table. There is also a new walking trail kind of starting behind the hotel complex which offers great views onto the lake. All in all we had a quite pleasing stay.

The hotel is very new and grand. I came here on a motorcycle trip. The hotel security uncle let me park in the underground parking lot and helped guide me. It was professional! Check-in was also fast. The beautiful Xiao Liang at the front desk also gave me a Shaun the Sheep doll. The room was very clean and quiet. I slept very well at night. It was also very convenient to eat at the nearby restaurant for dinner. The hotel breakfast was also of the standard of a 5-star hotel. It was really the best refueling station in the middle of the motorcycle trip. Great!

Come to play on the way, as a rest stop on the return trip of the National Day, I didn't expect the bed to be so big, with two children can sleep completely, that is, there is one quilt, separate two quilts is more practical. The overall feeling is very good, the room has a small fruit basket, there is a tea set, there is a hot spring in the hotel, although not big, but there are not many people, more comfortable.

This stay was great! The design style of the hotel is simple and stylish, giving people a warm and comfortable feeling. Hotel is relatively new, kept in a very good condition. Staff working at front desk are very nice, a lot of smile, they put us at top floor, level 13, with 2.4m bed, very big, very comfortable. Location at the old side of the city, but walking distance to the highest water fountain. I am sure will come back again next time if I visit heyuan again.

The environment is very good, facing the Dongjiang River, there are many parking spaces, the service is super good, the room is clean, the waiter takes the initiative to drive the door, take the luggage, the elevator always opens the elevator door on the first floor to pick up the guests, the Chinese restaurant on the first floor is very right to drink morning tea, there is a traditional taste of Guangfo

It feels very comfortable when entering, the lobby is very grand, it is worthy of being a four-star hotel, parking is convenient, and there is a restaurant on the second floor which is convenient for eating! There is no need to go out. The rooms are newly renovated and clean. It is close to the river and you can take a walk at night. It is quite comfortable and highly recommended👍
