A family of three came here for vacation. It was off-season for hot springs and not many people came on weekdays. Many small shops in the manor were closed. We stayed at the Four Points Sheraton Hotel. The advantage of coming on a cloudy day is that you won't be exposed to the sun. We chose the hotel due to the fact that they allow pets. The service was very good. People always helped even though is was more difficult due to the language barrier, since our chinese language skills are terrible. Our initial room which was more expensive for had a great view and we were initially very happy until evening came around and KTV singing started. The sound was so loud you heard inside the room. The room was in section A of the complex. The next day we moved into complex B where it was much more quiet, but the room was not as nice. Since the hot spring area was out of service during our visit we received vouchers for afternoon tea instead which was more like a whole meal. Breakfast buffet was great and on the days where there there was no buffet due to only a few guests staying they would serve lots of food to your table. There is also a new walking trail kind of starting behind the hotel complex which offers great views onto the lake. All in all we had a quite pleasing stay.

We came here for a visit and took it as a rest stop on the way back from National Day. I didn't expect the bed to be so big. It can sleep with two children. But there is only one quilt. It is more practical to separate two quilts. The overall feeling is quite good. There is a small fruit basket and tea set in the room. There is a hot spring in the hotel. Although it is not big, there are not many people taking a bath, so it is quite comfortable.
