Pet friendly Hotels Heyuan

there was smoking smell inside the room despite we rested a non-smoking room. the reception staff changed another room for us which was ok. room size was big and the hotel can maintain its standard. there are many eateries nearby. hotel guests get special discount (up to 50%) for body massage on the 1st floor and reception is on the 2nd floor. overall happy stay.

We chose the hotel due to the fact that they allow pets. The service was very good. People always helped even though is was more difficult due to the language barrier, since our chinese language skills are terrible. Our initial room which was more expensive for had a great view and we were initially very happy until evening came around and KTV singing started. The sound was so loud you heard inside the room. The room was in section A of the complex. The next day we moved into complex B where it was much more quiet, but the room was not as nice. Since the hot spring area was out of service during our visit we received vouchers for afternoon tea instead which was more like a whole meal. Breakfast buffet was great and on the days where there there was no buffet due to only a few guests staying they would serve lots of food to your table. There is also a new walking trail kind of starting behind the hotel complex which offers great views onto the lake. All in all we had a quite pleasing stay.

A bug bit my baby's hand on the bed in the middle of the night. Two weeks later, the scar is still very deep. The breakfast he had was adequate but the variety was average and there were too many mosquitoes.

The environment of the hotel is pretty good, with plenty of corridor space and seats to enjoy the scenery. The second floor is a massage parlor, but there is no restaurant. There are shops for daily necessities near the underground. There is no convenience store, which is not very convenient. The biggest headache is the transportation problem. The hotel is far from the bus station and can only be reached by driving or taking a taxi.

Every month I travel to Heyuan City to live in this hotel. I have to say that their service is really warm. I will say hello whether it is in the lobby or on the floor. The room is not only large, but also fully equipped. There is a desk in the room. There is a lamp, and there is a tea set. It is clean and the shower water pressure is very comfortable. Parking is also free, breakfast is also good, mung bean soup and jelly will be prepared for the guests on hot days to cool down, a hotel very carefully.

The room environment and sanitation are very good, and the decoration is very new. The decoration of the hotel lobby is very general, very large, very empty, dim light, and it feels not very good. Service attitude is OK, breakfast style is simple, if you are not very particular, you can eat enough.

週末跟朋友過來河源巴伐利亞玩，四個人在路上訂了這個2房的別墅。到了直接登記後就入住了，很方便快捷。周圍環境很好，室內配套也很齊全。音響設備不錯，唱了一晚上都停不下來。別墅還帶了個小院子，喜歡燒烤的朋友也可以燒烤，週末沒事約幾個朋友過來玩也是挺不錯的。價格也不便宜，性價比很高。贊一個。

入住辦理快捷，服務響應很快，剛剛打完電話，不到一分鐘服務人員就將所需物品送到房間。有兩個建議要提：1、房間細節衞生做得不到位，入門放衣架的櫃子射燈下方有明顯的蜘蛛網；2、建議淋浴間配個毛巾框，因為沒有位置放用過的毛巾。我住的房間是312，整理很好，這是我住過的商務酒店中，可以排進前三的酒店。如果有一次到河源旅遊，我一定會再次考慮選擇該酒店。
