there was smoking smell inside the room despite we rested a non-smoking room. the reception staff changed another room for us which was ok. room size was big and the hotel can maintain its standard. there are many eateries nearby. hotel guests get special discount (up to 50%) for body massage on the 1st floor and reception is on the 2nd floor. overall happy stay.

The location of the hotel is good... However, the check-in staff is unfriendly and the facility is old... I arrived after 2 o'clock on the day of check-in, but I waited 40 minutes to clean up... The next day, I had to wait outside because the cleaner was cleaning while I was coming back from breakfast.... I have personally visited many hotels in many countries... Compared to other 5 star hotels, I think you need to train the this hotel staff...

We chose the hotel due to the fact that they allow pets. The service was very good. People always helped even though is was more difficult due to the language barrier, since our chinese language skills are terrible. Our initial room which was more expensive for had a great view and we were initially very happy until evening came around and KTV singing started. The sound was so loud you heard inside the room. The room was in section A of the complex. The next day we moved into complex B where it was much more quiet, but the room was not as nice. Since the hot spring area was out of service during our visit we received vouchers for afternoon tea instead which was more like a whole meal. Breakfast buffet was great and on the days where there there was no buffet due to only a few guests staying they would serve lots of food to your table. There is also a new walking trail kind of starting behind the hotel complex which offers great views onto the lake. All in all we had a quite pleasing stay.

Come to play on the way, as a rest stop on the return trip of the National Day, I didn't expect the bed to be so big, with two children can sleep completely, that is, there is one quilt, separate two quilts is more practical. The standard living for 8 people feels that it is no problem to live for up to 10 people. The small courtyard is very warm. There is also a hot spring pool and kitchen in the back house. You can barbecue. The disadvantage is that the house facilities are old, others are good, especially worth mentioning that the butler service is very good, on call. By the way, the hot springs are generally until ten o'clock, but when there are many people, the water may be cut off in advance. It is recommended to soak in the hot springs early.

The environment is very nice and comfortable. We were warmly received when we arrived. We also provided breakfast for the children.
