The helpful hotel staff made us feel very welcome as foreign guests. This relatively new hotel features bright and cheery rooms. Everything was clean and in good working order. In addition, there is ample parking space for cars.

房間佈局，衞生狀況，停車，早餐都基本符合預期. 房間裏也試過讓服務員送一次性筷子，快速熱情的解決，唯一有點小小遺憾的是早餐，因為餐卷在最後下樓的同伴手裡，服務員處理的有些粗糙，要求我們要在吃完早餐前把餐卷交了，見多不怪，可以理解，但仔細想想是不是有更加人性友好的處理方法呢？ 衹需核實我的房間是否含早餐即可， 居住體驗總體來説還是不錯的，希望酒店以後能做的更好.

我訂的鴻禧大床房，問前台有沒有雙床房，前台説，鴻禧沒有雙床的，但是可以給我換成其他房型，房間會大一點。然後我們辦理入住的時候，什麼也不説，悄咪咪的給我們降級成了鴻福雙床房！我衹聽過升級的，沒聽過可以自動給客人降級了！

酒店位置很好，周邊購物餐飲費方便，停車場較大，自駕客人免費。房間面積較大，乾淨衞生，床鋪舒適。早餐種類不多，但味道非常可口。前台服務熱情，給贊。和政二灑手抓餐廳，非常棒，價格實惠，味道純正。
