【服務】酒店入住感不錯，設施設備也很齊全，服務員個個都很熱情，真的很貼心。早上退房前台美女送了兩瓶礦泉水。
【環境】環境分給到5分!裝修非常有品味，前台給我們安排的房間在側邊 晚上十分安靜，給我們提供了一個很安靜的休息空間，，感受到了優質服務與舒適環境的完美結合。
【設施】 周邊配套設施齊全，購物、餐飲、娛樂一應俱全。酒店內部設施很棒 ，設施完備 包括洗衣房、健身房 、無煙樓層、還提供了贈送洗車的服務，總之，這次入住體驗讓我感受員工服務質量高、態度細緻認真，熱情有活力。

希望酒店服務態度特別棒 又很暖心 一到酒店門口就有師傅出來幫我們安排好停車 還幫忙提行李到房間 房間的衞生很乾凈，衞生間乾濕分離 環境也不錯，很安靜，房間隔音挺好，不影響睡眠。
酒店大堂環境寬敞明亮，設施也方便，提供有花茶 現磨咖啡 還有小姐姐做的手工鑰匙扣 二樓還有健身房 健身的設施都很不錯 晚上還去酒店後面的愛蓮湖公園散散步 真的是太愜意啦

酒店位置：酒店後面還是公園，早上出去散步空氣清新 ，讓人心曠神怡。

非常滿意的一次入住體驗 大堂有花茶 咖啡提供 還有書吧看看書 二樓有健身房 服務態度也非常好 小姐姐還幫忙把行李送到房間 房間的洗臉巾是一次性的 感覺很細節 環保 浴巾消毒了打包好 馬桶還準備了消毒棉巾 每層樓都設計有補給站 提供了很多小玩意 水不夠喝也可以自拿 感覺超出了它應有的價位 非常值得推薦的一家酒店

房間打掃得非常乾淨，床單被套、毛巾都潔白無瑕，沒有一絲污漬，衞生間也一塵不染，讓人住得特別放心。酒店的位置也很好，周邊環境安靜，沒有嘈雜聲。房間採光很好，住起來很舒適。酒店的公共區域也很整潔，讓人感覺很舒心。
工作人員態度熱情，有問必答。客房服務也很及時，還會主動補充一些生活用品。遇到問題，衹要一個電話，工作人員就會馬上過來解決，服務很貼心。房間裏的設施很齊全，空調、電視、熱水壺、吹風機一應俱全，而且都很好用。酒店還提供免費的Wi-Fi，網速很快，能滿足日常的上網需求。
各方面都很不錯，下次還會再來，也會推薦給身邊的朋友！
