The front desk staff are enthusiastic, polite and courteous, especially the cup of hot milk given by the staff in the hotel lobby. I really feel like I am at home. If I have the opportunity to travel again, I will choose this hotel again.

酒店地理位置優越，與香巴拉文化廣場僅一街之隔；酒店有自己的停車場，還有保安專門負責停車場運行，而且待人很熱情；酒店不管是前台，還是客房或餐廳的工作人員服務態度都很好，打電話需要服務時都能很及時得到解決。酒店雖然年代有點久遠，但是貴賓樓的標準間空間大，設施齊全且一點也不感覺破舊，衞生間乾濕分離且空間很大；合作飯店地處市中心，但房價親民，還帶早餐而且特別豐盛，就餐環境也很大。總之，合作飯店真得是本次川藏北線自駕23天來住過的性價比最高的飯店，也是本次寫得內容最多的點評。

The hotel service is very good and the price/performance ratio is very high. It is very convenient to pick up and drop off from Pudong Airport and Disneyland. I booked their exclusive parent-child suite with two separate rooms and a separate bathroom. Because I am going to Disneyland with my children, so It is very convenient to have a free shuttle bus, because the reservation is without breakfast. When checking out the room, the lady at the front desk thoughtfully gave me three breakfast coupons and a small souvenir. Thank you for the thumbs up. The room is very quiet and has a large area. It's big. I stayed there for three consecutive nights and had a good experience. The breakfast is on the first floor and the buffet tastes good. There is a free parking lot at the door, which is very convenient. I highly recommend staying here.

I only stayed for one day because I had to take the exam the next afternoon. I coordinated with the front desk to delay the check-out and the front desk agreed to the request without any objection. 家人們，住它！我經常旅遊，由於對住宿環境有一定的要求，基本都是挑的星級或者好評很多的酒店，但這個酒店的服務和感受都尤其讓我印象深刻！合作是甘南首府，酒店眾多，我是看到眼花繚亂才選擇了這家酒店親子房，因為帶了小朋友出門！停車方便，酒店前台入住辦理登記很迅速，前台小姐姐也很温柔，酒店大堂還擺着藏族特色小點心，我辦入住的時候家人在免費品嚐，後面上電梯進房間的過程還一直跟我嘀咕點心好吃，不知道哪裡買的！我這間親子房佈置的是哆啦A夢主題，小朋友超級喜歡，哆啦A夢的玩偶，小帳篷很有氛圍，貼心的是酒店小朋友的一次性牙刷都很有童趣，是一個老虎頭的造型，我家小朋友刷牙的時候還問我可不可以帶回家[尷尬]。酒店地理位置很好，離當地最熱鬧的步行街十分鐘就可以步行到達，可以溜達着去消食，順便感受下合作的風情夜市。房間有免費供氧設備，床品也柔軟舒適，我長頭髮洗頭水壓也是夠的，這個我一開始都很擔心，因為我頭髮多洗頭很麻煩，至此，這個酒店在我看來已經算是一大驚喜了！第二天早上去吃酒店的早餐，又是一重驚喜，本來以為是清真的，品種會不會有限不合胃口，完全多餘擔心！炒青菜，拌菜，土豆餅，包子，牛肉麪都很好吃，餐廳經理胖胖的很熱情，還給我們強推特色藜麥粥，大讚，甘南乾燥的讓我好幾天都沒噗噗，喝完這碗粥後順利噗出來了[尷尬]感謝貴酒店員工沒有不耐煩我的拒絕嘗試哈哈哈～ 甘南是寶藏旅遊地，我還會再來的，下次再來就不用挑酒店啦，直接拎包入住哈哈哈

We booked a suite which has generous space. After traveling in the grassland for a week, we were so happy to have a toilet that doesn’t get wet when you shower. We had dinner in the hotel and the food was particularly good. There was also a Covid testing unit down the road from the hotel that could process passports so that was very convenient.

This is my third time staying at this hotel. The first two times I stayed at this hotel for two days on a family trip. This hotel is stylish and warm, integrating modern atmosphere with Eastern and Western culture, allowing people to deeply appreciate the quality in a comfortable environment. The room facilities are complete and brand new, clean and tidy, the decorations are exquisite, the comfortable beds are very comfortable, the service staff are warm and hospitable, and the service quality is high. The hotel is clean and the location is good. The breakfast variety is not too much but it can fully meet the needs. As a place to stay in Zakana, it is very good. In the morning, you can also visit the Ando cooperation Mirage Bafo Pavilion, which is also very convenient.
