The most satisfying thing about this trip to Izu is this hot spring hotel! The hot spring pool is very clean and very comfortable to soak in. You can see the stars at night. In the morning, I went to soak in the open-air hot spring and could see the sea and the sunrise! That moment was so beautiful and happy~ It was so romantic 555. I strongly recommend it to those who want to relax in Izu~ It doesn’t matter if you don’t speak Japanese. There are several Chinese ladies at the front desk who are really super gentle! I especially like that they will recommend fun and delicious things nearby🤤 The food is also delicious~ The sea view is also great! ! There is a shuttle bus to Atagawa-kan as soon as you exit the station, so you don’t need to walk~ The service is good and the scenery is good~ I fell in love with Izu

The hotel is right by the sea, and it's nice to see the sea from the room. The free desserts and drinks provided by the lounge on the 6th floor in the evening are good. But there is nothing to do around the hotel, which is a bit of a bummer. The hotel will take the initiative to pick up guests at the train station, which is good. The dinner we booked was good, and the breakfast was also good.

The first time I went to Izu, I booked late and had very few choices. I finally chose Kissho-tei. I checked the hotel before choosing it and knew it was old but had been renovated, so I didn't have much expectation. But the chartered car driver sent us to the hotel. When we parked the car, the waiter's attitude was not polite enough. We stayed for two nights. The first day was okay. The dinner was quite rich. Although the ingredients were not the best, it was acceptable, especially the tempura. This place is definitely commendable and can be ordered unlimitedly. We also asked for a bottle of wine for 12,000. The waiter's attitude was very good. But the housekeeping was really speechless. We just made our own tea before dinner and returned to the room to find that the cups and teapots had been poured out. We washed and put them away. It was funny. The next day I went to the front desk and asked them not to move anything except making the bed, but I couldn't communicate with them. I didn't understand a word of English. The uncle who understood was right next to me but didn't come to help. When I rang the bell to buy something in the store, he immediately ran over with a smile on his face and spoke very good English. On the third day, we checked out early and wanted to store our luggage until noon so that we could take the hotel bus to the hot spring station and return to Tokyo. We couldn't communicate with them, so they said ”No, no, no”. I was anxious and asked if they had any waiters who could speak English. If we couldn't communicate, why did they receive non-Japanese people? After a long conversation, she finally understood that we should leave our luggage until the hotel bus took us to the station at noon before she agreed. In short, the word ”no” is what I heard most about this old-fashioned hotel. There is basically no service. The one-night stay and two-meals service is OK. If you stay for two nights, you can get a lunch box, which is good, but it's better on the first day and so-so on the second day. If you are not used to the many rules and indifference of old-fashioned Japanese hotels, it is recommended not to go to this hotel. They will only be particularly happy when you spend money, such as when we asked for a bottle of wine worth 12,000 and bought a lot of food in the store. It is not appropriate to put it on the list of hotels. Most of the hotels in Izu are sea-view hotels. If it is listed just because of this, it is too far-fetched and tends to mislead consumers.

The hotel is in a great location, with a balcony facing the sea. I was lucky enough to see the sunrise, which was magnificent. The breakfast was very rich, and you can choose from a variety of delicious dishes in the buffet restaurant. The hot spring pool is a public large pool with both indoor and outdoor areas. The environment is quiet and comfortable, and there are several small shops with good food.

Well, well, this hot spring hotel is the most satisfying thing about this trip to Izu. A few days before the trip, I contacted them in advance to pick me up at the station, and when I left, they would also take me to Okawa Station according to the operating hours of the Izu Express. Whether it was the setting of the private hot spring or the taste of breakfast and dinner, they were all beyond my expectations. If it weren't for the fact that I had several days of travel to go, I really wanted to buy their home-brewed fruit wine, which was so delicious. When I got up in the morning, I could soak in the hot spring in the room and enjoy the beautiful scenery. The skin care product set provided was THREE, which was made of all herbs. When I left, I was in a hurry to catch the bus and forgot to give me the check-out card. After asking the hotel, they gave it to me as a souvenir. If I have the opportunity to go to Izu again in the future, I will stay here again.

The room is very big. I went there on a whim and wanted to take a private bath. I asked if I could upgrade to a private hot spring on the day. The Japanese manager also arranged it for me immediately. The only downside is that there is only one restaurant nearby and it is closed on Wednesdays. I recommend dining at the hotel. The Kaiseki cuisine is still very good. I may come again in the future.

Beautiful hotel, overall good service except one front desk staff. We reserved a 10:00 shuttle for 8 people the night before departure, but by the time we arrived(before 10)they told us the bus is full so that we can not get in. I wonder if we made a reservation, we should be promised to have 8 seats or else it should not be called as a reservation but a “bus schedule”. Also, we told the staff multiple times that we are in a hurry that we need to catch the train and that’s why we made a reservation in advance. The staff also told us the next shuttle will come at 10:21 but actually it leaves at 10:31 which means we definitely missed the train ( if the staff communicated the time 10:31 clearly, we would walk to the station so we could still catch the train, instead, he said the bus will come at 10:21 so we wait) Huge disappointment and definitely a ****** to this trip. Please remove the bus reservation service as you don’t have any, thanks.

The hotel has a shuttle bus to pick up and drop off at Atagawa Station, and the rooms have unbeatable sea views and open-air hot springs. The staff in each department of the hotel are highly professional and courteous. Guests staying at the hotel can also visit its sister hotel ”Jixiangting” to visit and soak in the hot springs, and can also use the ”Kurogen Rock” open-air hot spring.

The hotel was booked on short notice. It was old, but the service was very friendly. I didn't have time to use the bathroom. It was great to see the sunrise from the room in the morning. There were few people nearby, and there were not many restaurants. When I went to eat at night, they were either closed or fully booked. I came across an old couple who opened a small shop called Yixin. Although the boss didn't speak any English other than OK, I was very satisfied with the dishes.

RRonglaoshixianshengThe food is delicious. It is recommended to book a double sea view room, which includes dinner and breakfast.
GGuest UserThe room and environment are great, and the service is also very good. I just asked the front desk to borrow an adapter, but there was no adapter. In addition, the Western food reserved for dinner was said to be the default on Ctrip, but I did not choose Western food. Why should I go to a Japanese-style hotel? Maybe they all ordered Western food, but after negotiating for a long time, they changed to Japanese food for one night. I don't know who should be blamed for this problem.
ZZhouqianli Kris- Scenery: It’s really nice. You can watch the sunrise from home. Give it 5 points.
- Where you stayed: The room setting is quite reasonable. It doesn’t feel too small, nor does it feel that the facilities are very old. The quilt is very short and I don’t understand what the custom is. I’ll give it 4 points.
The food was okay. The dinner was rich but not memorable. The breakfast on the second day felt a bit shrunk. I can’t give it more than 4 points.
- Service: Really bad; when checking in, the waiter may not have arrived very soon and couldn’t explain many things clearly; he said he would have breakfast at 8 a.m., but he started to come to the door at 7:20 to clean up the bedding; he obviously only booked dinner for one night, but the front desk recorded it as After two nights, I had to ask them repeatedly to confirm that there was no second night, and the order was wrong when I finally checked out; the lounge is free all day, which is good, but there is nothing provided during the 12-16 check-in peak period (it would be nice to have coffee), as promised at noon After cleaning at 12 o'clock, I opened the door after 10 o'clock and started chatting and working without looking to see if anyone was there. I opened the bedroom door and saw that the guest finally left after taking a rest. All in all, I will definitely give it a 2 points for failing.
- Hot spring bath: The private hot spring room is very large, and it is free for 50 minutes per night; this saves a little bit of points
- Transportation: There is a 10-minute walk to Izu Kitagawa Station (small) on a small road, and the hotel provides a shuttle bus every 15 minutes to Izu Arakawa Station (large). But this location takes more than 20 minutes to Kawazu to the south and Izu Plateau to the north. It’s not convenient to go anywhere without touching both ends.
BBingbingThe room is large and Japanese-style. The toiletries are Pola, which is not bad. There are six private hot springs where you can soak in the hot springs. It is very comfortable. The B&B is very close to the seaside. It is good to walk or take a walk in the morning.
The bad thing is that the room has a wood smell when entering, and a small centipede got into our room at night, which made me afraid to sleep all night.
SShinianyijianThere are several hotels around Inatori, including Ishikaihana, Ginsuiso, Sanaza, and Hamanoyu. Only Hamanoyu is in the direction of sunrise. Inatoriso has a very oblique sunrise. The sunrise time in the morning is 4:10, which is pure. We paid to watch the sea, but the hotel service was mediocre. The receptionist came to our car to check in. He glanced at the suitcase and walked away deliberately, which was very disappointing! The Yumoto Hotel where I stayed the next day parked the car for us and automatically put our luggage into the room. Inatori So had no welcome service at all. Ginshuizhuang also has an all-day bar. Everything here costs money. On the 6th floor of the women’s floor with fixed hot spring bathing, ice water is not provided. There is no description of how to soak in the hot spring. You have to take a break after several baths. Even ice water is not available. It’s not provided, so I can’t rest. I just take a dip and then go back to the room. This innocent person pays the bill in the picture of Xiaohongshu. The large bathing spot on the rooftop is Xiaohongshu’s fire. There is only one small pool less than five meters long, and the other side There are three pools in the assistant management room. The two sides are separate. You can't soak with your face. After soaking, you can get dressed and run to the other side to soak.
GGuest UserI have to say this key surprised me, haha. I haven’t seen it for many years.
1: The front desk clerk is Nepalese, speaks good Japanese and English with an accent, but can communicate.
2: There is no mineral water or toiletries in the room. If you need it, pick it up on the first floor. (There is iced water, bring a bottle to collect it).
3: There are various free items: iced water, cold drinks, popcorn, udon noodles, coffee, etc. Please pay attention to the time.
4: Hot springs,
5: When you check in, you will be told various times to pay attention to, so go according to the times.
GGuest UserThe room was not soundproofed, and someone had been talking at night and walking and sleeping well. But the young lady who served in Chinese was great!
GGuest UserThere is no bathroom in the room. I have to go to the big bath. The hotel has a shuttle bus, but I need to book. Otherwise, it is all a large angle slope. I will go **. I need to change slippers in and out of the hotel. It is more troublesome. The hot water of the faucet is limited. It will burn after use.
GGuest UserVery amazing, breakfast is simply too rich! There are almost no people in the hotel soup pool. It is a child who stays in this house and will ask for an extra charge, so if you bring a child, you must communicate with the hotel in advance. In short, the accommodation environment is really good, all-Japanese style, a deep night! Ctrip.com is still very powerful, and I am very satisfied with the after-sales 👍!
