"The first time I came to Lugen with my family, the scenery is beautiful, the service is friendly, there is a shuttle bus that is much more convenient, the soup is the beauty of Lugu Lake, it is worth enjoying, there are paid washing machines and dryers to use! Thank you for your attentive service."

"미나미히코네역에서 가깝고 직원들이 무척 친절하고 지나갈때마다 인사를 했다.아침식사는 별로 먹지 않았는데 내 입맛에는 별로였다.2층 끝방이라 전철 소리가 크게 들렸다.로비에 베개나 잠옷도 비치되어있고 화장품이나 마스크팩 등 다양해서 좋았고 음료 서비스도 있어서 좋았다.번호로 문을 열고 청소해달라는 표시를 안하면 문 앞에 새 수건을 갖다 주고 방안에 들어오지 않아서 편리했다"

"It's a little far from Hikone Station, but there's a shuttle bus so you don't feel inconvenient. If you use it by car, it will not be a problem.
There are convenience stores and fast food restaurants nearby, so you don't have to worry about eating.
The walls of the room are thin, and the sounds of opening and closing the door of the next room and the unit bath are quite worrisome.
The position of the outlet is not good and the air purifier needs to be moved.
My room didn't get cold at all because the refrigerator was broken."

"Place was extremely convenient, next to Hikone station and walking distance from almost all of Hikone's attractions (Castle, food street etc.) To enjoy Lake Biwa, you can get a rental cycle for free, you just need to check with the concierge 😄 Other than that, the residents of Hikone were really friendly, even at non-touristy restaurants and izakayas. I had a great stay."

"The breakfast is very good and the hot spring experience is also very good. There was no one when I went there, it was just a charter. The location is right by the lake, comfortable and quiet, there is a 7-11 next to it, you can do some simple purchases. The owner of the hotel is a kind and amiable grandmother, who can recommend local activities to us in simple English. I am very grateful to her for taking care of her for a few days."

"The hotel is in a good location, and it only takes more than ten minutes to walk to the train station. It is close to Hikone Castle and is very convenient for visiting.
The staff are polite, professional, and willing to help guests. Not every employee can communicate in English, but simple communication is no problem.
Although the hotel lobby looks luxurious, the rooms and bedding are really not good. It feels a bit old-fashioned.
I had dinner at the hotel in the evening, and the Japanese dinner experience was good. However, I ate it for three days, and the tone was relatively monotonous.
By the way, the breakfast was still good, and I was very satisfied."

"This was my first time using this hotel.
There is a welcome drink in the lobby, and if you need loungewear, you can take one from the area next to the lobby.
There are no convenience stores nearby.
The station is right in front of the hotel, so there might be one on the station side.
You can hear the voices and noises in the hallway quite a bit.
On the other hand, the noises outside don't bother me.
The refrigerator is very cold.
Free breakfast is included.
It's free, and yet so good! I was more than satisfied!
They even have a daily smoothie.
I hope they keep it up."

"Japanese version of the full season, the room is relatively large, you can see Hikone Castle, 100 meters away from the JR station, the price is very high, the breakfast is average, optional meals are included, there is a super large store across the road, the second floor taxfree has a variety of cosmetics Clothing and local products, the underground supermarket is large and you can buy all kinds of lunch boxes, with a microwave and dining area.

GGuest UserEven in the time zone before check-in, I was able to guide the parking lot comfortably.
