Near to my office , clean and nice staff

Good place to stay as only 10 minutes from Heathrow although you wouldn't know it as it was quiet. Rooms clean and a nice view over the lake from the bar. Nice friendly staff. Elvis was very helpful - multi tasking on reception and in the bar cafe. Service when we ordered food from Apurve was good too.

Used hotel as a stop over on route to visit family. Staff were lovely hotel was very clean we had lovely quiet room x Would definitely use this hotel again.

She went above and beyond to assist me with the check-in process at reception, ensuring everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. Later, she served us at the bar with the same level of excellence, always courteous, welcoming, and attentive to our needs. Great place to stay for your next day flight from Heathrow. Only a 10 min drive to terminal 3 and free parking overnight. Very pleasant staff, Amanjot, Apeiva and Mandeep very attentive and the food and drink in the Cafe Bar very reasonable. Great value so close to Heathrow.
