"Extremely convenient, whether it's getting from the airport to the hotel or from the hotel to the bus station. It's clean and comfortable, and the mattress is on the firmer side. There's a direct, covered walkway from the airport to the hotel, and the distance is quite manageable. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. Plus, there's a Costa Coffee downstairs."

"I stayed at the Best Western Ariel for one night before an early morning flight from Heathrow, and it was a solid choice for convenience. The location is great — only a few minutes from Terminals 2 and 3, and there's a shuttle bus that runs regularly. Check-in was smooth and the staff were friendly and helpful, even with my late arrival. The room was compact but clean, with everything I needed for a short stay — comfy bed, decent shower, and a kettle with tea and coffee. It’s not a luxury hotel by any means, but it served its purpose well. The soundproofing was surprisingly good considering the proximity to the airport — I barely heard any planes. Only downside was the breakfast — it felt a bit basic for the price. Also, the decor is a bit dated, but again, for a one-night airport stopover, it’s totally fine. Would stay again if I need to be close to Heathrow!"

"The hotel room was clean and tidy. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is not walkable from the airport, it needs to take a public bus from the Terminal 2 Central Bus station or using the Holiday Inn group shuttle bus (GBP6.80). Alternative means are Uber and taxi. The choice of food at breakfast is limited but reasonable. There are 24 hours free coffee and tea at the lobby pantry. The hotel shares the fitness centre with the Holiday Inn hotel next door. The hotel only serves room service food but you may dine at the restaurant at Holiday Inn. If you need to grab cold drinks or snacks, there is a grocery store after 20 mins' walk. There were problems with the room key cards which they automatically reset if you touch the card with electronic devices. We had exchanged 3 times for the key cards and the hotel staff apologised for the inconvenience."

"The room was very clean, and it was the perfect choice for a layover as we had a flight the next day. A bus stop conveniently located right outside takes you directly to Terminal 5, with buses departing once an hour. We caught the 11:38 AM bus. The hotel's soundproofing is excellent; despite its proximity to the airport, it was surprisingly quiet."

"Convenient Location Near the Airport, but Check-In Process Needs Improvement The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport, with just about a 10-minute bus ride to Heathrow. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay. However, the check-in process was quite slow, taking nearly half an hour to complete. This inefficiency was frustrating and detracted from an otherwise positive experience. Improving the check-in efficiency would greatly enhance the overall guest experience."

"Fantastic hotel, and conveniently located. They have a bar in the evening that isn't loud or rowdy, perfect for a casual meal or a quiet drink. My only minor complaint is that the receptionist didn't inquire about my membership status or the possibility of an early check-in."

"I had booked a king-sized room for 9 nights. Surprisingly, there was another extra single bed so I could use the room space to sort out my clothes without messes. 😁 Although there was no bathtub in my room, I felt totally comfortable and privacy within. It never fails my expectations to see that the room was always kept clean and tidy after coming back from my activities every single day. It takes only about 7 mins to get to the hotel directly from Heathrow Central Bus station. You should not miss out the intercontinental breakfast it caters for guests daily at a price of £13. I simply love it and I got to savour it on the last day of my stay there. Yes, I will certainly come to stay at Leonardo London Heathrow Airport Hotel again if I should visit again! "Near Heathrow Airport, and the airplane noise from takeoffs and landings was acceptable. However, the soundproofing between floors is poor. Every morning from around 4 AM, there was constant noise from upstairs, which really disrupted my sleep. On the plus side, the room was very spacious, breakfast offered a good variety, and dinner was absolutely amazing – definitely recommend booking a package that includes dinner to try it out."

"Check in service was excellent. Location, couldn’t ask for anything better. Breakfast included was poor. Kitchen area had only one small table. Also, only a few cups, which were currently being used by another family so had to wait 30 mins to service ourselves only bread and peanut butter. Fridge completely empty. 😢"
