CcollinsgaryThe experience was wonderful. I thought being by the airport would be annoying because of the planes but not at all. The service was great. I dropped my coffee in the elevator. I asked the lady that was cleaning the room if she had something that I could get it up with and she said if you could please just hold the door open I will take care of it and did it with a smile and conversation. Now that's service. The facility was very updated and the decor was nice ,very clean and the staff was very friendly. The food was good,hot , and very plentiful . In all to sum it up, I had a wonderful stay and will stay again when I am visiting Manchester New Hampshire

GGuest UserPlace was perfect from the front desk help at check in all through out, no issues here and id definitely recommend staying here, very close to everything so having to step out isn't a issue at all. Thank you for the nice stay and I would definitely return.

AAmber Ricard-PittmanEverything about our stay was great except the shower. There was mold growing all around the bottom of the shower in the caulking. Other than that, it was great.

TTAOHave your own parking lot and parking is free. The overall management level is more stable. The front desk service is friendly. The room has a microwave oven. The bathroom is a bathtub, inconvenient to use and the water is not smooth. Overall, hygiene and facilities maintenance need to be strengthened.

GGuest UserHotel was nice, however amenities could have been updated. Pool area was rusty, no soap in pool bathrooms, and appeared unkempt.
Room bathrooms had not been updated, lots of waste with individual bottles of shampoo and conditioner instead of refillable dispenser in shower.
Staff was amazing, considerate and professional when altercation arose in parking lot.

GGuest UserNot the best trip I've been on ... we were kicked out of our room and made to sit in the lobby so the cops could go look in the room . I found out that there was a murder a couple years ago on the third floor .. The front desk also told us when we checked out that we would get a call from the manager to see if there was anything they could do about us having to leave the room and after a couple days no call from the manager and i called there and the manager wasn't there again still
Til this day never got a call from the manager.
