Sadly can only give this hotel one star. We visited this hotel a week ago for lunch. However, we really regret eating there. To start, although the member of staff serving us was ok the other staff seemed to be very rude and abrupt. There was a gentleman sitting at one of their other tables and he would not move tables and he was being spoken to very rudely. Then the staff started talking about him in front of other guests. This was over heard by several guests and caused a very negative atmosphere. The food we had was ok, although I ordered pasta and ended up with tinned mince, which was disappointing and tasteless. Then finally, towards the end of our meal the staff knocked over a full glass of water which soaked my gloves and helmet, which was on my chair. What really upset my partner and I was that although they were aware that they had done this they would not help dry my kit. I asked several times and they would not help. I managed to get some napkins in the end but I had a wet head and hand all afternoon. I tried to address this via email later that day as was not happy at all with what had happen nor how it was dealt with however the hotel replied saying they were not prepared to do anything. I have emailed again asking to deal with a senior manager and they have not replied. I will chase again. As such, I cannot recommend this hotel and would suggest you avoid at all costs!

The hotel is located on a great spot, kind employees, however, nobody told us (nor mentioned on the website) while booking that there is a terrible noise just outside in front of the hotel from 8.00 to 22.00 hrs. Hotelstaff did not agree with us when we complained. This means no rest. Really horrible. Like a hotelroom in the middle of the dancefloor…. Will not come back.

Couldn’t fault the hotel, even better in real life than the photos. Very clean modern rooms and friendly staff. We went half board, breakfast and dinner was excellent, and the location was great, central to town and just a 1 min walk to the Cable car.

Een heel mooi hotel met gastvrij personeel. Je kunt ook goed eten in het restaurant. Het hotel is echt super, kamers zijn voorzien van alle gemakken en zeer schoon, hotel ligt tegen de skipiste, en in het dorp. Ruime parkeer voorzieningen. Fam Groenen

Ein sehr schönes, familiär geführtes und zentral gelegenes Hotel, nah zu den Liften und daher ideal für Skiurlaub. Schöne und in modernem alpinen Stil eingerichtete Zimmer, die auch ausreichend Platz zum Unterbringen des Gepäcks lassen. Gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet und auch das abendliche Wahlmenü bei HP war super. Individuelle Wünsche wurden vom sehr freundlichen Service immer berücksichtigt. Insgesamt war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub in diesem Hotel.

Das familiengeführte Hotel begeistert uns seit Jahren, so dass wir mittlerweile auch im Smmer dort in paar Tage zum Wandern verbringen. Die Lage ist einmalig, ein Einstieg in die Gondel auch im Sommer ist direkt "vor der Haustür" möglich. Hervorzuheben ist das abwechslungsreiche und hochwertige Essen (einmal die Woche z.B. ein vorzüglicher Grillabend auf der Terrasse), der perfekte Service eines jahrelangen Stammpersonals und die harmonsiche Atmosphäre im ganzen Hotel, was sicherlich auf die Hotelführung zurückzuführen ist, in der sich jung und "alt" perfekt ergänzen. Wir freuen uns schon auf die ersten Skitage im Dezember, die wir wieder im Hotel Reiterkogel verbringen werden.
