A nice cozy little hotel with very friendly staff and surprisingly large rooms for Japanese standards. Even helped me to print out a separate company invoice even though the trip was booked via trip.com.

Quiet in the bustle. The decoration of the hotel is very retro. The room is spacious and soundproofed. The bathroom is separate. The commercial street is right outside the door, and eating is very convenient. It's also close to the station. Highly recommended!

The room was clean, records were available at the reception and in the room, and the bath was spacious and had a jacuzzi, which was nice. I was able to relax in the bath. The free breakfast service was also great. I'd like to come again.

Management needs some serious wake up. Staff demanded we hand over the room key before leaving for a quick 7 Eleven shop. We were issued with a tag supposedly to swap fro the key when we came back. Later (6.45pm) My daughter and her two teenagers came to visit and front desk staff demanded they not come to our room. Wow!! Fortunately there is an area adjacent to reception which was vacant. Room was good, new, clean. Management practices spoiled the experience though...
