Lovely hotel, reasonable price, big room, nice and quiet, friendly staff. Restaurant reasonably priced with friendly service. Well placed for walking in the Four Waterfalls area. We would definitely stay there again.

Visited Ty Newydd for afternoon tea which was really enjoyable. Lovely choice of fresh sandwiches, warm savoury items and a great mix of delicious cakes and scones with jam and cream. Friendly welcoming service from the staff made it an lovely experience.

Had our wedding here on Sunday it was absolutely perfect 😊 Gemma decorated the room exactly how we wanted it the whole day was amazing and she checked with us before anything was done. The staff all worked hard throughout the day and the food was amazing. The bridal suite was very spacious my only criticism is it’s a little bit dated but that’s didn’t spoil our stay. It was way too warm in the room so make sure you have a fan. The housekeeping ladies do a fantastic job and are a credit to the team they couldnt do enough for us and were very helpful thank you to you all your made our day special 🥰

Location is perfect for exploring the Brecon Beacons. We had a lovely spacious comfortable suite, staff were friendly polite and helpful, we enjoyed our dinner in the restaurant too. Our two night stay in the accommodation and food in the restaurant were good value for money.

This is a beautiful hotel in the stunning Welsh countryside. The grounds are stunning and very picturesque. Lovely rooms and the food in the restaurant is very nice too. Very welcoming friendly staff as well. Id definitely love to stay again.

I couldn't understand why our room was not serviced in the 3 days we stayed here? Teacups not washed or replaced. Milk/coffee /tea sachets not replaced? It was the weekend and I did ask for more milk each day and that the beds had not been made? I had to have my kettle replaced as someone in the past had cooked spaghetti in it and had dried and gone mouldy. I also asked for my bedside lamp to be seen to as it didn't work My kettle was replaced but not the lamp. We were inclusive. The food for the price was acceptable, breakfast was rather limited. Only scrambled eggs over the weekend which did not look too appertising. On the Monday only scrambled or fried eggs available!

The staff were friendly, helpful and all round lovely, in particular the night porter, who let us in when we were back late. The room was big and comfortable and the windows had a lovely view. There was loads of space in the car park. We really enjoyed our stay and I am sure we will be back!
