The hotel is quite basic and small, but overall it's decent. The location is close to the ski center. The breakfast is similar to a Turkish breakfast and is acceptable, as I am familiar with it. However, the service isn’t very good, possibly because they have many guests.
Ps. I want to thank the doorman uncle (forgot to asking his name) —he was very helpful and a very nice person.

I had a perfect stay here! All the staff is very helpful and friendly(Mr Osman welcomed my son with baloons and candies at reception :) ), the rooms are very clean and spatious and the most important advantage is the location - just across the ski center. Extremly useful if travelling with small children.

We had a rechargeable ski holiday in Erciyes resort staying at Zumrut Palace Hotel for a week, from Jan 01 till Jan 07 2023. The hotel is warm, clean, and very close to the cabin - just across the road. The staff is very hospitable and ready to help. They manage a ski and snowboard rental and shop, too. So, you can get fully equipped for the slopes. The food ( we got half board - breakfast and dinner) is amazing - all traditional turkish dishes. We deffinitely recommenr the hotel and the Erciyes resort in Turkey. And generally we recommend Turkey for holiday and travel all seasons.

Very clean, great service and great food. Stayed for one night 19/4/2022 just to visit local area and get a days skiing in. Whilst the skiing was limited (end of season) the hotel was great. Staff couldn't do enough to accommodate. Would definitely stay again.

Thank you to the staff for their recommendations and help as it is a very nice hotel that we as a family enjoy. We chose it because it was close to the track and it was an alcohol-free facility. The food was delicious, the staff was friendly and helpful, I recommend it to everyone.
