I stay at this hotel a few months ago. Impressed by hotel staffs. They are professional and friendly. The room is clean and tidy. Dinner and breakfast were great. Recommend this hotel for visitor.

Nice hotel in quiet location. Love the room size and river view. Both dinner & breakfast were good. The bed was firm but the pillow was too soft. They don't give extra pillow.

Interesting onsen links to a mineral water company. The water plant is near the onsen. Clean room and comfortable stay. Buffet breakfast and dinner are delicious. Recommended stay.

Check in at Hita Station. The hotel is located some distance away from Hita Station. The service is very good. Dinner and breakfast are very traditional Japanese food. The hot springs are also very good. It is a perfect ending to the journey!

The hygiene is really poor. There are stains in many places and they are obviously not cleaned. The hot springs are average, not comparable to the top ones. The breakfast was above average and the service was pretty good and enthusiastic.

This trip I chose to stay and eat two meals. The hotel staff were very courteous and professional. The rooms were clean and spacious and very comfortable. The hot spring facilities were clean and tidy. I felt very relaxed and comfortable after soaking in them. The food was very delicious and diversified. The hotel parking spaces were sufficient and convenient.
