quiet house with very friendly staff at reception and especially in the restaurant. Clean rooms getting old but functional. Good breakfast and very good buffet dinner. We'd love to come back

Ich habe das Hotel spontan für eine kurze Auszeit gebucht und bin mit meiner Wahl sehr zufrieden! Es ist etwas in Jahre gekommen, einige Ecken bedürfen wirklich einer Renovierung....abeer: sehr gemütlich! Die Zimmer-Einrichtung ist eine bunte 90-ger Jahre Mischung. Nicht jeder mag das, seien Sie also bitte darauf vorbereitet. Wenn Sie aber nicht nach einem Schickimicki-Hotel suchen sondern sich einfach schöne Zeit gönnen wollen, dann sind Sie hier richtig. Vorteile: - die meisten Zimmer mit Balkon, - kostenloses Safe auf dem Zimmer, - sehr schön gelegen mit schönem Innenhof (kleines Teich, Liegestühle etc.), - Schwimmbad ab 07.oo Uhr morgens bis 22.oo Uhr geöffnet, kostenfrei für Hotelgäste, - Whirlpool kostenlos im Schwimmbad, - ab 16.oo Uhr Dampfbad und Sauna kostenlos, - diverse Beauty-Behandlungen gegen Entgelt vor Ort (sehr empfehlenswert!), - bei Halbpension sehr schöne Auswahl an diversen Speisen einschl. Fisch, - sehr aufmerksames, freundliches Personal. - üppiges, abwechslungsreiches Frühstücksbuffet. - Tierfreundlich Ich könnte hier noch mehr auflisten denn mir hat es hier wirklich gut gefallen. Jeder musss aber für sich wissen was er mag und was nicht. Einen Nachteil bzw. eine gewissen Schwierigkeit sehe ich hier, das Hotel kann aber nichts dafür. Hitzacker ist nämlich sehr hügelig gelegen. Wenn Sie also eine eingeschränkte Mobilität haben, ist vielleicht das Hotel wirklich nicht die erste Wahl. Vom Hotel aus geht es nämlich ziemlich steil nach unten ins Zentrum der Stadt. Teilweise sind es 13° Steigerung mit vielen Stufen - also nichts für Menschen mit Gehbehinderung. Alles im Allem - sollte ich nochmal nach Hitzacker reisen - ich buche definitiv hier nochmal ein Zimmer. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Personal für die schöne, sehr erholsame Zeit im Parkhotel.

Wir waren in dem Hotel im Rahmen eines AKON-Gesundheitskurses zu Gast. Das ganze Hotel ist merklich in die Jahre gekommen, der Renovierungsstau ist unübersehbar. Trotzdem war das Doppelzimmer in Ordnung, unser Duschbad war wohl erst kürzlich renoviert worden. Das Frühstücksbuffet entspricht dem eines Mittelklassehotels, die Menues zum Abend waren gut und boten immer eine Variante für Vegetarier, die Portionen waren teilweise zu üppig. Die abendlichen Getränke sind durchweg sehr preisgünstig, insbesondere die Cocktails. Die Temperatur des Schwimmbeckens war für Aquafitness definitiv zu gering, es fehlen für Aquafitness Hilfsmittel wie Poolnudeln, Schwimmbretter, Hanteln und andere Sportgeräte, dazu ist das Becken für diesen Zweck zu tief und zu klein, die Einstiegsleiter endet deutlich oberhalb des Schwimmbeckenbodens. Im Ruhebereich für die Saunagäste stört der sehr laute Whirlpool, der auf Knopfdruck befüllt und nach 15 min. Betrieb automatisch entleert wird, bei höherer Luftfeuchtigkeit tropft Kondenswasser von der Dachverglasung. Neben einer Finnischen Sauna steht eine kleine Dampfsauna zur Verfügung, das Tauchbecken ist außer Betrieb. Die angebotenen Massagen waren sehr gut und kurzfristig vor Ort buchbar, dazu preiswerter als in anderen Häusern. Hervorzuheben sind das ausnahmslos sehr freundliche Personal, zwei AC-Ladesäulen (jeweils 22kW Typ 2) direkt neben dem Haupteingang sowie ein sehr umfangreiches Angebot an Voelkel-Säften zum Frühstück, was in dieser Preisklasse sehr ungewöhnlich ist.
