Very good service especially airport pick up service,our flight delayed and departure nearly at midnight, so airport pick up service is a must. Staffs English is good and checkin checkout service is efficient. 接機服務超班，員工有禮有效率。 Room is big and bed is very comfortable for 2 adults and 1 kid.房間大及舒服。 Can see aeroplanes from the room, but not noisy. Can sleep very well.近機場登不嘈吵，可安睡。 Nearby is a shopping centre that can eat.旁邊就是商場同便利店很方便。

Great location, very close to the exhibition center. Good breakfast selections, having both western and local food (including Pho). Bed is a little bit hard, not the most comfortable one I had but it is acceptable. The front desk asked the staff to check room when I was checking out. I guess it is a common thing in Vietnam? But it may cause some extra time. ( my colleague and I waited about 10 minutes) So maybe people need to come to the front desk early during the peak time.
