The only thing that was good here was the location to Landmark 81. Otherwise, total disaster.
Tried to check in for 3 hours while our last day in Vietnam went down the drain. Front desk and security not keen to help or contact the owner. Owner only speaks Vietnamese. No information received. Then after 2 hours received a code. This one was wrong. Another hour lost. Until finally someone called who called a completely different code and then hung up directly….
The key card in the room was defective. Facility felt 50 years old. Pictures do not match reality. Ventilation system finger thick with dust.
Cleaning lady (very committed and a small ray of hope in this situation) had to come in the evening to clean the apartment.
Pool not available as advertised. Statement after a long conversation with Trip: Frontdesk thought the pool was open. If not then just go for a swim in another building…. 🤔😂
Typical modern investor rip-off here. Buy any real estate and then do nothing but shovel money.
