I would ratevthe hotel 2.5/5. No exhaust fan in the toilet. I booked for 7 days in a row, hoping not to change other hotel, troublesome to keep again luggage, yet the hotel arrange me to a very far hotel.

The night staff waa not cooperative at all.
Upon asking for an extra blanket we were ignored because their warehouse wasnt open. Same happened with the water too

The lobby look nice but the room seems to be a bit cramp.
I love the city view at level 11 restaurant. This is where breakfast is served.
The staff are friendly and helpful
Overall, a good location and few minutes walk to Ben thian market.

This is a wise choice for ho chi Minh trip since this is very close and walking distance to every tourist spots in the city. Closer to the famous Ban Minh store and cafe apartments...

We had a short stay at Nicecy hotel. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and most importantly convenient! Near tourist attractions and walking distance. Also, Very near Ben Thanh market. Their breakfast has limited choice but it was good! Roast pork was good. However, don't expect so much from cleanliness. I would say it's at an acceptable level considering this is a budget hotel. Cheers.
