The front desk of the hotel provides all Chinese services, and it basically doesn't feel like going abroad. The boss is Chinese, very friendly and familiar with Vietnam and gave a lot of useful suggestions. Although the hotel does not have high-star luxury decoration, the breakfast is really great. The hotel has its own private car, which can be rented for short periods of time and is suitable for business travel. Moreover, the hotel provides free airport pick-up and drop-off services, and clothes are washed for free. I also helped find a Vietnamese translator when I traveled, so I basically had no worries about my trip. Will come next time.
