I think it’s a good place to stay short in Ho Chi Minh but there’s nothing close to Hotel/ apartment except a coffee store, and also it isn’t possible to get a early check in

Residence and its rooms good, tidy and clean.
But,
All around new building constructions.
Workers sleeping on the road.
My advise wait 1 year till all constructions end.
Actually Vietnam is safe country but we afraid to get out. So after check in we stayed aprox 5-6 hours and changed our apartment to another hotel. And we couldnt refund rest days payment.
