M Village Hotel Ly Tu Trong

M Village are manage by Many Villager. They are good in paddy fields not a hotelier. This is one of the lousy M Village Hotel. It derives from previous old hotel. Room are lousy. Smelly along the walk way. The air conditioning are from previous hotel which were not change during pre covid & post covid. Is stuffy even the air conditioning remote battery died. I can't sleep. Is noisy outside even pass midnight. Sound proofing were out.The elevator was old. When you checked in or checked out, non of the staff will help you on your luggage. They prefer to watching at you & sitting there relax. Cool people.

it's a nice studio, with plenty of open shelves for storage. it would be nice to have a chair though, i struggled to find a place to do my makeup. room is very clean. the receptionist and housekeeping staff are very helpful and accommodating too, i appreciate their help a lot! :) location is great! plenty of food, beauty salons and convenient stores nearby. if you can brave the traffic and heat, you can definitely walk to the shopping street and city area. overall a very enjoyable stay, apart from the little power trip incident for an hour, it was terrifying navigating down the building in the dark without the elevator.

Nice location, it is not located at the busiest area, so it is easy to reach grab to travel around, walking distance to nice coffee , massage and hair spa , pho , and many food around it ! The only issue maybe is the sound proof and the toilet floor a bit slippery for me, would recommend to install a hand grip bar on the wall of shower area , staffs are friendly and nice !

Service was good. Attentive to guests expectation

The hotel is conveniently located which is a plus. However, there were a few issues that could use improvement. The shower in my room didn't work properly, as the upper one kept running even when switched to the smaller shower. Given the price, I would expect breakfast to be included. The room was small and lacked a TV, which was disappointing. On a positive note, the service was good. Overall, my experience was average.
