The Suite Landmark - Vinhomes Central Park

When we arrived, the weather was not very favorable, but there were still many amusement parks on campus, restaurants and cinemas in the building.

This is not one apartment, it is a series of apartments rented out by management companies and the pictures shown to advertise are for reference only, not the actual apartment you are taken to. We were first taken to Building 4 app 1610. If you are given this apparment do not accept, the smell of cigarrete was unbelievable, the surface of everything was dusty, the appliances were dirty and sticky and the toilets had clearly not been cleaned in a while. The furniture in the apartment was old and looked like it had been put together from a second had shop, far far from the look in the pictures. The management was very responsive when we asked to be changed apartments. The one we were moved to was in a better condition but still a very worn apartment in need of maintenance, again nothing like the pictures that were shown to advertise the apartment. The location is great but thats about it, I am sure there are beautiful apartments in this location so just be careful that youvare not give the worse ones, the price isnt exactly cheap either, so it is not value for money.

VinHomes Central Park is a massive multi building area. it's tough to know by the booking which building we were staying at, so luckily the cab driver could call and ask as the booking information didn't have exact Park building. Being a foreigner, it's tough to make phone calls sometimes so the booking information should have the specific building info. After the cab sorted it out, it was easy. The building and location are good, the condo nice, but has signs of wear and tear. Could be cleaned up a bit, but for the price, it's ok. Lots of restaurants and spas nearby, and a main mall with grocery store. The condo has some plates, glasses, utensils (no knives though), and had shampoo and handwash. It's good for 2 or 3 night stay. The guy who met us was very friendly. Just ranked Service low as really don't receive any service from the building besides initial access.

This place left me in a subpar room with broken amenities. Granted, I checked in a day early. However, they did not even bother to move me to another room until 10pm on the day of my check-in. Well past my actual check in time. And to top it all off, I only received 2/3rds refund of what I paid for a month long stay from Trip.com. By the time I was offered the actual room as advertised, I had already left. I plan to dispute the transaction with my credit card company I highly recommend not dealing with Vinhomes at all. They are so big, they could care less about being hospitable and getting their service right. You're better off paying 20% of the price at a hotel that actually welcomes your business.
