It’s totally ok, but we booked “lux with terrace” which is on the last floor, and directly over the number they have something like water pump and every 10 sec or sometimes faster it was loud “boom-boom”, so we left the hotel and changed it on the nearest one without noise, because it was impossible to sleep and to spend time in number.

It was around 8pm when we first arrived, and there was no one at the front desk to register or get the room key. No one answered the phone. I was very confused for a while. Fortunately, someone finally showed up to do the job, but he was a man who only spoke Vietnamese. So it's a bit inconvenient. Because the room we were given faced the main street and the lower floor. We are a little afraid of noise, and we are staying for 7 days, so we hope to move to a higher floor. Finally, I contacted another person who was able to communicate by phone. Smoothly arranged to change rooms tomorrow. I was really satisfied with the room after the change. The room was fully equipped, allowing us to stay in the room for a longer period of time and have a relaxing holiday.
