It was ok not bad. The room itself is great, has a washing machine. The location is ok close to many places. The bathroom could use a little more cleaning.

Room is clean with brand new furnitures. Especially the electronics. TV screen is large and fast.
Even the fridge and washing machine are big brand premium quality level.
We’ve stayed in many apartments but none of theirs electronics are as good as this one. Landlord May is friendly and helpful with everything we need.
Washing basin is a bit small. But overall is nice.

Suitable for family or two people living together, it feels like home. You can cook your own meals and there is a washing machine (no Chinese instructions). The overall feeling is good. Not suitable for personal residence.
