It's not a hotel. It's a regular apartment with self-check-in. It doesn't provide self-check-in information. I wandered around for 2 hours to find an apartment. With the help of a local, I was barely able to contact them through the Zalo Vietnam app and self-check-in. I stayed for 3 days, but they didn't provide towels. There were a ton of ants in the room welcoming me. Since you can't use Airbnb in Vietnam, it seems they use Trit.com to disguise the room as a hotel and do business. I've been using Trit.com for more than 8 years, but this is the first time I've seen such a bad room. I think Trit.com should check and kick out this kind of self-check-in room. It's a place that disguise itself as a hotel and do business.
Never book this place. If you want to experience hell, you can visit.

Quiet area, fresh air. Clean room, nice furniture. Small kitchen but fully equipped. Large, airy swimming pool. Room cleaning service is a bit slow.

The lobby is beautifully decorated and clean. However, there are not many waiting chairs, so if you arrive early before check-in time, you may have to stand and wait. The room is clean and tidy, and the staff is attentive. However, towels are not changed automatically every day, so you have to ask the receptionist if you need new towels.

建議中國遊客避雷這家，此家公寓式酒店不適合中國遊客入住，特別是不會英語的，沒有前台接待，網上聯繫自助入住，過了十點連人都聯繫不上，關鍵是不論是攜程還是酒店都沒有在預訂成功後提前告知如何入住或如何自助入住！酒店名字和實際入住名字也有差異，人到了找了近一個小時都沒找到酒店…衞生也是一般般，外面建築很新，裏面一言難盡，床鋪被褥一股味道，洗澡水又小又不熱…
