Check in was nightmare. Arrived at 2.30 mid night. Owner informed card to operate lift will be in mailbox. There was no card there but a small locked plastic box. Tried to contact owner by WhatsApp and phone but no luck. Finally had to break plastic box to get cards. Check out was even worse. Requested owner and hel allowed Check out at 12.30 but cleaning staff arrived at 11.50 and started pushing me to vacate room. Finally vacated room at 12.20
I do not expect such poor listing on trip.com

The host was gracious and quite easy to contact. They gave the check in details in advance and was able to give support with just one WhatsApp away. The room has everything you need. The location is convenient to find good food. I had a great and comfortable stay. Will consider booking again in the future.

Very bad. No separate bedroom and city view as advertised. There was hair in the room and the bed sheets smelled.

My expectations were not high, but the basic hygiene and service were not met. 1. No one contacted me before we arrived at the hotel, and the front desk didn't know either. I contacted them and they were contacted. It was very frustrating to encounter such a situation abroad. 2. The room hygiene was very poor. The toilet smelled of urine and mold. There were live cockroaches. The shower head was glued on. 3. In this case, they did not make up for it in time. They made us stay in such a room for two days before they moved us to a flat room. They said they would upgrade us to make up for it, but they didn't deliver in the end. It's understandable that the remote control had problems, but it's unacceptable that they didn't correct it in time.
