Tổng quan: CHÊ, RẤT CHÊ, RẤT RẤT CHÊ (quan trọng nhắc lại 3 lần). Treo đầu dê bán thịt chó: Khách sạn yêu cầu trả toàn bộ tiền khi đặt nên ai không đọc thì người đó thiệt thòi.
1. bên ngoài biển ghi giá 200k, mk booking 2 đêm hết 1tr4. Bên ngoài ghi biển khách sạn Ban Mai, bên trong ghi biển Hilary hotel, tìm trên map cơ bản là không thấy.
2. Tư vấn linh tinh lúc thì yêu cầu hủy phòng, lúc đến đối chất lại đổ lỗi cho bên sale này nọ và sau khi hỏi xong nhận được tin nhắn nhắn nhầm Mail, nhắn cả trên app và cả trên app thì có nhầm hay không? Lắm phòng ban nhưng chất lượng dịch vụ không tốt.
3. Gọi số điện thoại trên app không có người bắt máy. Phòng sale để làm gì?
4. Thiết bị không đầy đủ, muốn dùng máy sấy phải xuống lễ tân mượn, trong phòng không có nước uống, ổ cắm đầu giường không có điện, không có giấy vệ sinh.
5. Nhân viên lễ tân nữ phục vụ thái độ không tốt, làm dịch vụ mà ăn nói quạu quạu. Mình tiếp khách hay khách tiếp mình?
7. Cách âm không tốt, ai đi hành lang hay nói chuyện mình đều nghe rõ.
8. Phòng không xứng đáng với giá thuê, ai đặt nên cân nhắc thật kỹ.
9. Nước xịt phòng gây khó chịu và đau đầu, rất lâu mới hết. Sau khi hết mùi xịt phòng thì có mùi hôi tanh khó chịu.
10. Theo quy định là 12h trả phòng và mình trả lúc 1h25p mất 100k, ai đặt phòng thì chú ý thời gian.

Приятный персонал, полотенца сами не меняют, но по нашей просьбе заменили без проблем, воду в номер не приносят, но можно взять на первом этаже в холодильнике бесплатно, окна в номере нет
