Good views (if you choose room with balcony) and nice location. It has a sky bar also with good city view. Lack of gym facilities and swimming pool if you wish to work out

The hotel staff were very helpful. However, the room is not a newly built one — it seems to have been refurbished but not very clean, and some furniture is poorly maintained.
We made a complaint about Room 503, which was supposed to be a non-smoking room, but there was a very strong smell of cigarette smoke. When we highlighted this to the staff, they mentioned that it might be coming from the next room. We requested a room change, but were told the hotel was fully booked. My parents stayed in that room and felt very uncomfortable with the strong smell. The hotel should implement a much stricter non-smoking policy.
The soundproofing is also very poor. I stayed in Room 703 and could clearly hear noises from the connecting room next door, which made it difficult to sleep for two nights.
Overall, the room rate does not justify the quality of the stay.

The room is more spacious than most hotels in District 1 and offers a nice view. However, it could be cleaner — there was some dust on the table, in the corners near the bed, and around the edges of the room. The walls are quite thin, so noise from the next room can be heard easily. Also, there was no bellboy available to help carry my luggage to the ground floor during checkout.

Room number 202 was big and nice, Ms. Linh helped me with early checkin and late check out.
