It were 2 nights there. The hotel is located next to 109 and 152 buses tracks that can help you with airport transfer for cheap price. (Be careful with route 152 - unpredictable timetable).
Location is in a narrow alley, but it was really easy to find it out.
Breakfast is quite good (should be preordered) and served in 15 seconds walk from hotel.
Pluses of hotel: cheap, frendly, quite clean, conveniently located.
Minus: a little bit loud - not outside sounds, but guests; please add one more instant coffee bag to the room :)
Definitely recommend!

Located on a narrow street, it's easy to miss. Less than 10 minutes to the closest MRT station. Breakfast is served in the nearby Saigon Cozy Hotel and it's required to be ordered a day before.

Nice budget hotel in a good location. I was on the 5th floor. You hardly hear anything from the busy Bui Vien street. What you do hear is the outside unit of the air conditioning. I turned off my own air conditioning and still you can hear the air conditioning of the neighbors because it is also on your balcony. So if you are a light sleeper ask if there is something hanging outside your room.
The alley is super safe. People live there, families, but there are also local restaurants, shops etc. When I arrived a random lady asked where I was going and showed me the hotel.
For the price you pay for it is a fine hotel. I would definitely go back but then a different room

We stayed at the hotel from April 10 to April 14, 2025, we had a night check-in, but they were waiting for us, they helped us lift our suitcases to the fifth floor, there is no elevator in this hotel, this is a minus, but it has a very good location, in the city center, next to a park where you can walk. There is a bus station near the park, city buses, the bus service is very well developed. The hotel has very friendly staff, but for four nights they never changed the towels, they also did not take away the garbage until we took it out ourselves. Breakfasts are included, this is good, they are standard, there is a small choice, if you get tired of living for a long time ... If you travel from Saigon by bus further around the country, you can buy tickets for a bus literally five minutes from the hotel and then when leaving you will not even need a taxi. On our next trip to Vietnam, we will choose this hotel.

It was not bad for the price.
You can hear noise from the hallway. There was almost no hot water. And the room was dusty in some places. But I only came to sleep, so nothing really bothered me
