The room facilities were average and did not meet the expectations of a five-star hotel. The breakfast was rich and delicious. At night, there was a heavy rainstorm, and the surrounding roads were flooded and didn’t drain, turning the entire hotel into an isolated island.

We had booked a King Executive Room, but the room allotted to us was very small and congested, completely different from what was shown on the hotel’s website. Please find attached both pictures—the one displayed online and the one we were given. This is misleading for clients. I want a refund of the amount.
The first picture is shown on their website for Executive king room and 2nd and 3rd picture shows the actaul room alloted to us with NO SPACE to walk also.
