The hammock in the room is nice. I like the rooftop bar with unlimited snacks and drinks and a nice place to have breakfast. The only gripe is the one single lift is small and slow. And the hotel staff use it to move rubbish to the basement so sometimes it is smelly

This hotel is at a very good location. It's near the top sights but not too near, making it possible to avoid the massive traffic. The areas around Ben Thanh market have so much traffic that made the area full of fumes and traffic noise. This hotel is about 10 minutes leisure walk to the market and famous spas and restaurants around. The hotel room is pretty clean and modern. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The free breakfast that came with the stay was very tasty! Staff were friendly and helpful. The downside to this hotel however is that I still couldn't escape the noise pollution. I was at the #8th and there is a generator that will be turned on at 6.30am every morning (weekends included). The restaurant is 1 level above and staff there starts shuffling furniture as early as 6.45am-ish. From about 10pm to 12 midnight, a group of dogs that live nearby would all bark very loudly at the same time. I am not sure what triggered them. But they barked very consistently every night around that time. On my last day, a weekday, nearby school started and noise from the children starts early in the morning. It may be that I have been assigned to a room that is not well located. But the different types of very loud noise made it hard to rest. If noise is not an issue, this hotel is a gem.

Location is fantastic for getting around! The staff are always on hand. Loads of drinks and snacks!! Definitely a budget hotel - but fantastic for my little solo holiday!

Our stay at The Hammock Hotel was so good. The room was modern but cosy, and the amenities were great. Free water and other beverages and snacks was a great addition. A lovely rooftop seating area with some games was a great place to end our evenings. Everyone that worked there was so nice as well. Would stay here again
